Every store pays a monthly fee, month-to-month, with no long contract and no commission on your sales or card payments. Standard is R1,499 per store a month; Premium, with Uber Eats and Mr D, your own app, marketing and the AI features, is R2,999. Prices exclude VAT.

Both plans are per store, per month (excl. VAT), with as many tills, kitchen screens, menu boards, order screens and handhelds as the store needs.

Everything to run a store

Standard

R1,499 per store, per month, excl. VAT

  • No limit on tills, kitchen screens, menu boards, order-ready screens, waiter handhelds and devices.
  • Selling at the till: counter, tables, collection and delivery, cash and card on your own terminal.
  • Works offline: every till carries the whole store, with no store server to fail.
  • Online ordering, the NoPOS ordering app, WhatsApp ordering, kiosk, table QR and a driver app, with no commission.
  • Menu builder, recipes and stock, cash-up, customers, rewards and vouchers, rosters, reports, royalties and rollouts in HQ.
  • We set it up for you, and support you 24/7/365 by phone and remote connection. On-site technicians are available at an extra cost.

Not included: Uber Eats and Mr D, the AI features, your own branded app, and marketing segments and campaigns.

Premium

R2,999 per store, per month, excl. VAT

  • Everything in Standard.
  • Uber Eats and Mr D straight into the till and kitchen, with prep times from your kitchen's real pace and automatic pausing when you're too busy.
  • Your own branded ordering app for iPhone and Android, in your colours and with your name in the app stores.
  • Marketing: customer segments, and SMS, WhatsApp and email campaigns to them.
  • The AI features: ask your data in plain words, live monitoring that says what needs attention and why, menu import from a PDF or photo, supplier invoices read from a photo, campaign drafts, review themes and smarter upselling. AI usage is billed to you separately.

Uber Eats and Mr D are not live yet; they go live once each provider approves.

Hardware

Shop prices include VAT

NoPOS runs on the Windows tills, Android devices and Epson network printers you already have. If you need more, tills, printers, cash drawers, scanners and kitchen screens are in our online shop.

Not in the monthly fee: WhatsApp message charges from Meta, AI usage and SMS are billed to you separately; on-site support visits are charged per call-out. WhatsApp and Google need each provider's approval for your business. Card payments go through your own bank or provider at their fees.

Month-to-month

You pay for each store month by month. There is no fixed term to sit out.

Cancel any time

Stop a store, or all of them, whenever you choose. You add and remove stores as your group changes.

No commission

NoPOS never takes a percentage of your sales, your online orders or your card payments.

NoPOS is payment-neutral. Use the bank and card terminals you have.

Questions about pricing.

Do we pay more for more tills or screens?

No. The price is per store. Add as many tills, kitchen screens, menu boards, order-ready screens and handhelds as the store needs.

Is there a contract?

No long contract. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel any time.

What costs extra?

WhatsApp message charges from Meta, AI usage and SMS are billed to you separately. On-site support visits are charged per call-out; phone and remote support are included. Hardware is bought once from the shop.

Do you take a cut of our sales or card payments?

No. You pay a monthly fee per store and nothing on top of your sales, online orders or card payments.

Can different stores be on different plans?

Yes. A group can run some stores on Standard and others on Premium, and move a store between plans from one month to the next.

Can we buy through our IT or POS dealer?

Yes. NoPOS is sold directly and through resellers. If you buy through a reseller, they quote, bill and support you.
